Current Season

Autumn 2025

Our Christmas concert this year will be on Saturday 13 December, featuring Bach's Christmas Oratorio plus the traditional other Christmas items and audience carols.

Rehearsals start on Thursday 11 September, 7.30 pm, in the URC Church Hall in Church Stretton.  Do come and join us. 

Spring 2025

Saturday 10 May 2025: "Stuff and Nonsense!"

Our Spring concert was, we think, well worth while musically, but also great fun!  Ranging from Aesop's Fables in amazing choral settings by Bob Chilcott, through the rhythmic delights of Jaberwocky and Ernst Toch's Geographical Fugue, to settings of nonsense poems by Lewis Carol, Edward Lear and others, we showed that the traditions of choral music can be applied to modern settings in a most satisfying way.
