2011 - 2012

The Christmas concert, during which we performed all four of Handel's Coronation Anthems (Zadok the Priest, My Heart is Inditing, The King Shall Rejoice and Let Thy Hand be Strengthened) plus carols and other Christmas music for choir and audience took place before a sell-out audience on Saturday 10th December.

Rehearsals for the next concert, scheduled for 12th May 2012, commence on Thursday 12th January in the United Reformed Church at 7.30 pm. We shall be performing a Concert for Peace including:

Credo by Vivaldi
The Armed Man - A Mass for Peace, by Karl Jenkins

In addition the orchestra will be playing Jenkins' work Palladio for String Orchestra.
